Digital Subscriptions
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds for Subscriptions
Subscription fees are non-refundable. Partial month refunds are not available. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact us at office@invsion.at and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Canvas Prints
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our canvas prints. If your print arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no additional cost or provide a full refund.
Returns
Due to the custom nature of our canvas prints, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or if you are unsatisfied with the AI-generated design. Please review your portrait carefully before ordering a canvas print.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your canvas arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
EU Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason. However, please note:
- For digital services: The withdrawal right expires once portrait generation begins (upon your request to start the service).
- For custom canvas prints: As these are made to your specifications, the right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with:
- Your account email address
- Order or subscription ID
- Reason for the refund request
- Photos of damage (for canvas print issues)
