By accessing and using DoggyPortrait (doggyportrait.com), operated by Invsion OG, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

DoggyPortrait provides AI-powered dog portrait generation services. Users can upload photos of their dogs and receive custom AI-generated artistic portraits. We also offer optional physical canvas printing and shipping services through third-party fulfillment partners.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

We offer the following subscription tiers:

• Free: 3 portrait generations per month
• Starter (€4.99/month): 20 portrait generations per month
• Pro (€9.99/month): 100 portrait generations per month

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Unused generations do not roll over to the next month.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload images you do not have rights to use
• Upload inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI systems
• Use the service for commercial resale without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the original photos you upload. Generated portraits are licensed to you for personal and commercial use. The DoggyPortrait brand, logo, and website content remain the property of Invsion OG.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated portraits will meet your expectations. Results may vary based on image quality and other factors.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invsion OG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Korneuburg, Austria.
